Brass "Witch's Pots" from Germany
In Germany these are called “Hexenkessel”- “Witch’s Pots”- for obvious reasons. This size is about 3” in diameter and 2 ¾” from foot to top of pot. This is a quality product made of hammered brass, with black wrought iron feet and bails, secured by brass rivets. It makes a nice little planter or container for what-have-you. These charming little cauldrons were imported from Germany about 20 years ago, but are still in good condition, in their original packing. The sticker says “Made in W. Germany”. Now you know where “Hex” comes from. $20.00 each.
